Senior Pastors- Dr. Mark Dufrene and Rev. Dianna Dufrene


Mark and Dianna have been in ministry together for over 30 years.  They have planted churches in Lousianna, Florida and Tennessee before coming to Crossville.  Pastor Mark's great gift in teaching God's word in a simple understandable way is evident every time he steps into the pulpit.  
Pastor Mark studied Theology at Christ For The Nations Bible Institute in Dallas, Texas. In April 2010, Pastor Mark was given an honorary Doctorate degree from Midwest Seminary of Bible Theology.  He has devoted 35 years of his life to the study and teaching of Theology with a strong emphasis in Bible Prophesy.  Rev. Dianna uses her gift of administration as office manager and coordinator of all the church's ministries.

Assistant Pastor- Rev. Chris Palmer

Chris has been a part of CWC since it began in 2000 and has been active in many of the church's ministries.  A Graduate of the University of Tennessee, Chris works in Physical Therapy.  Licensed in ministry in 2008, Chris now serves as Assistant Pastor and Youth Pastor with his wife, Desirae.

Kid's Church Pastors- Jason and Amy Ward

Jason and Amy bring their great love of children to the children's ministry.  They are also coordinators of Vacation Bible School.  They have two children of their own.

Youth Pastors-  Rev. Chris & Desirae Palmer

Both Chris and Desirae were licensed in ministry in 2008.  Desirae is a former director of preschool ministries and has taught Sunday School and Vacation Bible School.  She holds two certificates in the field of ophthalmology and has worked in that field for many years.

They were married in June of 2000 and have two children.  They devote there time to youth ministry to build up young men and women in Christ to set them on a firm foundation that will carry them through life.

Administrative Pastor-Teresa Weidner

Teresa is the church's events coordinator and is often the friendly voice on the other end of the phone when people call the church.

Office Assistant- SHARON GRINDER


Sharon devotes her time to the ministry as an office assistant.  She coordinates communication and the church's calendar and updates events on the website.  She and her husband John are elders at the church.

Bookkeeper - Paul Boylen


Paul devotes his time and expertise in the area of bookeeping for the church.  Paul also volunteers his time in Children's ministries.

Youth Bookkeeper - Brittany Weidner



Brittany devotes her time to help with the youth bookeeping.  She is also active on the worship team, singing and playing piano.
